The waste heat regeneration dryer (also known as the compression heat regeneration dryer) is derived from the micro heat drying device. It not only has the characteristics of the micro heat dryer, but also has its own unique advantages. The drying device reasonably uses the high temperature heat of the second stage exhaust of the compressor as the thermal regeneration of the adsorbent. It does not need compressed air during heating and regeneration, and only consumes compressed air during cold blowing. The regeneration air volume is much lower than that of the micro-heat dryer. It consumes very little air (average air consumption is 1~2%) and can save energy by 65%. It is an energy-saving dryer.

As long as the compressor load rate>85% exhaust temperature>110℃, this equipment can work reliably, make full use of the compressor waste heat, eliminate the power consumption of traditional external heating and drying electric heaters, fans and steam engines, and achieve external heating. Thermal regeneration reduces power consumption. If the compressed air exhaust temperature is less than 110°C, a heater can be installed to prevent the air from dewatering the desiccant deeply.
